Should you report that score?

Whether a 3 belongs on your application.

Your score
Relates to your major?
College selectivity
Usually worth reporting
At selective (non–highly-selective) schools a 3 is generally fine to report, particularly if it earns credit or relates to your major. Weigh it against the strength of your other scores.

Remember: AP scores are self-reported on applications — you choose which to include, and schools verify officially only after you enroll. This is general guidance, not a rule; when in doubt, a school's admissions FAQ is the final word.

Know which APs. Now go get the 5.
